"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Suggest a small rubbish bin in each room or toilet. The kitchen needs at least 2 or 3 dish cloths. The plates are too tall for the dishwasher. Would be nice if there was Netflix or SKY to watch in the night. Something to think about. We had a memorable stay. Loved the property and convenience."

"Bula! Saphire was a beautiful place to bring together a family group, but could benefit from a couple of simple changes. It’s a stunning location at the top of the hill, and perfect if you like a bit more solitude/happy to travel to do things. The pool is beautiful but on the cold/refreshing side because it’s in the shade. The house is huge, so could easily host a crowd. It’s reasonably set up for cooking but simple things like dishwashing liquid are missing. Lots of pretty run down/needs...

"The property is very well situated close to the Marina. The housekeeping people were simply awesome - they were great. The only thing I could say they could improve on is the shower head - that was not working well, Perhaps, I should have alerted them to that but I didn't.
