The only issue I had was I hadn't read the fine print when I booked my room but having a pet is $75. I saw it was pet friendly and that is why I booked there. It seems like an exorbitant in some. And for that reason I would not stay there again but everything else was great"

"You booked the hotel solely for the waterslide. We arrived early driving from far away so that we could use the waterslide only to find out that all of the lifeguards had called in “sick”. One of the staff members indicated that having teenage lifeguards this is sometimes what happens. So that should be advertised as we wasted extra money on a pool and a waterslide that was nonfunctional and wasted our time getting there as well. We weren’t offered anything as an apology, just a too bad"

"The pillows are soft and small. The TV has basic channels only and because it is a Roku TV, I couldn't get Netflix to mirror with my phone. But breakfast buffet is standard Fair. Cold hard boiled eggs, bread for toast and cereal, Bagels, yogurt, bananas and oranges, Folgers coffee and or orange juice. Also pancakes are available"

"This is a very unique restored mansion within a fairly easy walk to downtown Kingston. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room had been advertised through Expedia as having a bay view, and it didn’t, but that was no big deal. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. All in all, a great experience."

"A very charming manor, very well decorated and our 2 bedrooms suite is very spacious and clean, we wish we could have stayed longer ! Not walking distance to the marina but just a short drive to city centre."

"Efficient, friendly and welcoming staff at front desk. Lovely rooms, very spacious with nice linens. Air Conditioner works great although a bit loud. Breakfast Bento boxes were a wonderful treat in the morning. Perfect location for sightseeing, eating and drinking. Will definitely return. Handy parking, whether within the hotel or nearby."
