"Casa das Palmeiras is a truly charming guesthouse. Located right in the heart of a small town, it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always happy to help. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was bright, airy, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Ponta Delgada."

Les points forts sont l'accueil de Vanessa, ses petites attentions envers ses hôtes, sa sympathie, sa disponibilité et surtout sa gentillesse. Elle est de bons conseils sur les lieux à découvrir ou les restaurants.... J'ai eu la chance d'avoir un petit présent le jour de mon anniversaire. Alors qu'elle n'avait aucune obligation. J'ai été très touchée par ce geste. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux....

Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. "
