"After a long day of cancelled flights we needed an overnight stay as they cancelled our flight until the next morning. We were left scrambling for a hotel and how to get to the hotel. We rushed out and found a shuttle going back to this hotel and she said she could take us but had to wait for some pilots and would take like 15mins. I cant remember her name but she was AMAZING in helping us get booked and back to the hotel. Hotel was ready for us and checked in after a couple mins and had us setup for a shuttle back to airport in morning. The shuttle, hotel staff were absolutely amazing! 5+ stars!!!"
