"Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t! "My partner and I decided to spend my birthday in Egypt, fulfilling one of my childhood dreams seeing the pyramids. And we couldn’t have picked a better room, the view was stunning, the room was clean and spacey while Samer was the excellent host. He was very responsive, helped us with our shopping driving us in local markets and to top it up, had a birthday cake waiting for us in the room. 10/10 and highly recommend."
