"After an intense work week, a friend and I had 4 days in Cape Town before returning to Canada. Rouge on Rose was a perfect place to explore Cape Town and its environs. The hotel is in Bo K-aap which is a really interesting neighbourhood and very central. The vibe was definitely chilled. The rooms are large and comfortable. Lots of little things done well - lots of international plugs, heat/ac pumps. Staff were fantastic - they went out of their way to be helpful and also had lots of great tips....

"The staff were so nice and helpful. The rooms very clean and comfy but only work for two people. The free breakfast was excellent healthy and plentiful. The beauty of the beach and waterfront just gorgeous. Felt very safe. I would definitely stay at this facility again. Wonderful people there. "

"We loved everything about the property, nicest owners, 6 star breakfast, beautiful views from room, easy on site parking, great neighborhood with Sunday local market! Close to Chapman Point Road trip, we would love to recommend, remember to call hotel when checking after 6pm, owner will open no problem but they love to be notified "

"Very good hospitality. A kitchen everyone could use, which was separate to the rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the getaway and the toddler enjoyed herself as well. Roger, who is one of the staff, was very helpful and also great with assisting in anything we needed with a speedy service. The guesthouse is also in walking distance to the beach and to the shops. Which is very convenient. Will definitely use their accommodation again. "

"The accommodation is luxurious and beautiful. We certainly felt pampered and welcome. The special touches are numerous and the staff members are clearly trained to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. "This is a lovely and stylish accommodation in a good area with various restaurants and bars in walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful, a very basic breakfast is provided, but guest have use of full kitchen facilities to prepare their own meals. I would stay at this or Cape's Finest other properties again."
