"Everything about this property was top notch! The bed and pillows were heavenly. The robes and the towels were white and fluffy. The staff were welcoming, prompt and efficient. "The access codes we had been given didn't work at the gate. Their "online reception" is really just an artificial unintelligence bot on WhatsApp, and it kept saying it couldn't find our booking and couldn't help us because we had booked through Hotels.com instead of Revelton directly. Mind you, texting the unhelpful bot is the only way to communicate with Revelton, you cannot even call them when there's a problem. Luckily other guests arrived and they kindly let us in through the gate, and...
