As a disabled couple we greatly appreciate all of the assistance that we received from the staff, especially Kazzandra at the front desk. She was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Also, the breakfast was amazing! It had a wide selection and was presented nicely. The property has the quirks and character that you'd expect from a building of it's age. As long as you understand and appreciate...

"Everything was great, we stayed at the Villas, a few minors details like not enough towels, bags for garbage, but that was it. The Villa was big for 6 guest, security to enter was awesome. "

"It was ok. Pros - access to both properties, could always find a chair, activities for kids. Cons- elevators didn’t work, room seemed clean enough but the AC smelled like sewage. Drinks were expensive. Resort fees if 55+ per day and parking. Overall in a bit of disrepair. "

"Been staying in Florida last couple weeks for work, easily the best hotel stayed in way above the rest. The atmosphere of this hotel is so relaxing, everyone is so helpful. I had laundry to do, free washer dryers is such a plus for out of towners. Just so comfortable, everything you could need or want right there. I will be back there for sure when I stay in the area. "Breakfast was amazing. The staff working on them Breakfasts bar was awesome. Front desk was amazing. Maintenance was amazing. We had an issue with our air-conditioning unit went out that same day they fixed it. We just didn’t have any towels in our room. That was the only bad thing about it. But we make mistakes when we’re in that field."
