"We enjoyed our stay at Poets Cove. The food was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, pools were well maintained. The room was very warm as no A/C but once we got the fans going it was nice. The location is remote and very quiet which we liked.We took advantage of the kayak rentals and drove to some lookout spots nearby."

"Room with a special view. As soon as you open the door into the room, the view makes you instantly feel calm and like all is good."

"The pool was full of standing water with plastic over it and overgrown around it. It was a funky place but clean and everything worked. The bed was lovely. The decor was thoughtful. I liked the couple and their child. It was a nice image."

"The only downfalls were that we had to pay extra for an early check-in and when we called the front desk in the night no one amswered the phone."

"Typically good value, though seasonal rates sometimes spike. I stay there often for work, never had a complaint. Rooms are always clean, good service, plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. And it's about as close to the highway as you can get - great for folks catching a ferry at Swartz Bay."
