"Odada klima olduğu söylendi klimanın kumandasında pil yoktu, çalışmıyordu. Banyoda duşakabin yoktu, duş alındığında banyo tamamen su içinde kalıyordu. Şampuan yoktu. Havlu yoktu, istenince oda kalış şartlarımızı kontrol edip getirdiler. Televizyon çalışmıyordu. Oda oldukça küçüktü, çift kişilk yatağın bir tarafı duvara dayalıydı, o tarafta yatan kişinin yatağa girip çıkması sorundu. Ama çalışan ilgiliydi, iletilen sorunları çözmeye çalıştı."

"Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed. There was a lot of banging early each morning.
