par contre, contrairement aux infos d' Expédia; aucun parking (limité) à l’hôtel, juste des places de parking payants (10€/jour) dans la rue en "cul de sac" avec environ 30 minutes d'attente en moyenne (sauf coup de bol) pour qu'une place se libère

Et rien autour de l’hôtel à part un petit port de plaisance...

"This was the perfect location for our stay in La Spezia. It was about a 3 minute walk from the train station . Less than a minute walk are a market and laundromat which was super convenient. Our host Elisa was the sweetest person who gave us all the tips and best places to eat. She introduced us to our favorite breakfast spot Bjoin which was right underneath the accommodation (highly recommend the salmon toast). Elisa was also really good on updating us on the sea conditions and letting us know...
"This is hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Then, to make it even better, the view is picture perfect and it is right across the street from the beach. Last, it is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back!"
