"Loved our stay in Radisson. Nothing compares to the care Cebuanos give to their guests. Our family have travelled to different countries in Europe, Japan and even in the US, our stay at Radisson tops it all. The breakfast buffet was definitely the best of all! Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine. You’ll be busy exploring the city anyways. The convenience is 10/10! It’s almost adjacent to SM City mall which is why we chose this. Their service is 12/10! Would definitely be back at Radisson. "

"We stay very often here during the last years. With kids, for leisure, business everything is possible. We like the simple but very functional rooms. They are as well very quiet. The bed is good, the shower hot and strong. The location is very close to the Ayala Mall, what gives you plenty of food choices during your stay. The breakfast is good according my wife, I would like more bread choices, real cheese and some appealing cold cuts. The personal is very friendly, understanding and helpful. I truly hope I never have to check in through there self operated system. I like the contact with the staff. So far I am lucky! "

"Perfect place to stay for an early flight out. All mod cons. Super clean, comfortable, friendly and affordable. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. The hotel is on a very busy road so traffic noise was constant. But they provide earplugs in the rooms. "

"I came to Cebu for business. Having a quality internet connection is vital to me. Seda has very good internet. The rooms are good. Food very good. Location perfect if you want to go to the Alsya Mall. It’s a direct walk without crossing any streets. Overall, the Seda Hotel was very good. Quality staff as well. I highly recommend them. "
