Hotel Murah di Pulau Okaloosa

"We were there for 3 days and had to complain about the hot tubs not functioning twice. I was told by a local that has an out of season pass to use facilities that one of the hot tubs had been broken for many many months. Why not just put a sign out that is a kiddie pool and call it done? Why keep calling it a hot tub when everyone on your staff knows it will never have hot water in it? Why put staff and guests through a continuous "Is the hot tub working" loop? Why have staff lying to guests...

"Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"We had the absolute best experience at the Holiday Inn Resort! Everything was so convenient and well maintained. The lazy river was amazing and the access to the beach was incredible! They have a DJ at the tiki bar and entertainment throughout the week. We chose to buy the breakfast coupons as part of our visit. The breakfast people were awesome and as a person with food allergies I felt super safe eating at the buffet! Will absolutely be back soon!"

"Loction was great, , are room was out side of the elevator area and it was very loud. We called the desk to see about chaging rooms. They moved us to other end of floor in front of the other elevator . All night we heard that sound. At check out we informed them of the issue. The manager did apologize but we did not get much sleep. Also websites says parking 15 dollars was really abot 19 dollars. .it was a nice location and a great view if you can over look the loud noise."
