"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy and fast. Loved the proximity to the train station. Also loved that there were shops and places to eat as well as a supermarket in the station. Would stay here again. "

"This is my fifth stay at Granvia Okayama. Elegant, comfortable, and convenient. I asked for extra bath towels, and they were delivered within 5 minutes. I didn't opt for the hotel breakfast, since there are so many convenient and less expensive options in the station area."

"Laundry was great, but with only 4 machines it was not easy to get clothes actually dry as the dryers were all occupied even when our laundry was done. Other than that, the location was great, very close to shops and amenities and only a 15 minute walk from Okayama’s main station, so was the perfect hub for access to the Shimanami Kaido and Naoshima Island as well."
