What I was surprised at was no breakfast, no coffee service in the room, no makeup mirror, a very low bed… making it very difficult for seniors to easily rise up…along with no safety bars in shower and no elevator to reach second and third floor. "We booked a reservation literally at the last minute, the level of kindness I received from my first phone call is hard to believe. The ferrys quit running back to the Cape and we were stuck and they immediately told me to stay put and came and picked us up and brought us back to the wonderful resort and very helpful and compassionate staff. Everything at this lovely quaint hotel was immaculate and the location couldn’t be more perfect. 10 out of 5 stars!"
"Absolutely lovely. Staff isn’t onsite but extremely responsive and helpful via text or phone. The hotel is beautiful as was our room (kind standard). Short walk to town (~8 minutes) and beautiful neighborhood.
Housekeeping daily.
My only issue was getting a little chilly and not being able to get the heat to work. The staff brought an extra blanket, which solved that.
