"Right at the sunset beach. The hotel is well maintain and lots of water activities offered. You might want to reconsider if you are planning to stay the winter time as the outdoor pool will not be opening. The breakfast is amazing."

There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need.

The staff were also able to communicate in good English and were very polite and accommodating. My fiance was able to surprise me in my room with the help from hotel staff.
