"Staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have to walk with a stick so being on the flat is important. The only thing I need to mention is if you want to access the rooftop bar the lift only goes to the 3rd floor you then have to go up 2 flights of stairs without the lift . The rooftop bar does have some steps."
