"The hotel was excellent in all respects, except for needed update in air conditioning utility in lobby bathroom and bar area. In addition, the WIFI connection in the rooms needs to be updated. Overall, the hotel, staff and location were outstanding."

Dust around the phone charger, ants in the room, mango traces never cleaned, coffee left for two days, missing basic amenities such as toothbrushes, laundry bags and tissues, and even torn towels. Service: Staff were generally careless, unhelpful and often rude. Despite staying 15 nights, many would walk past without even greeting us. The AC did not work for the first three...
