"Overall a great place. This is an older building that has been well maintained. But as a 1970s building it is showing its age and era of architecture. On the flip side, it was much less expensive than most hotels we have stayed at on this trip and as a result there seem to be more locals, which was refreshing. The waterfront beach area is fantastic. Our bathroom light only worked intermittently but no big deal. A nice relaxing small town location away from the hustle and bustle...

"Liburna hotel was wonderful. Our room was facing the water and every morning waking up to the view of the sunlit old town was great. The walk was 10 minutes into town or a very short taxi ride. The staff was very accommodating from housekeeping to the front desk and restaurant staff. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"This was a nice option if you are looking for a more budget-friendly hotel. Certainly not fancy but decent for the price and good for families with young kids (there is a playground in front of the hotel that even has a small enclosed trampoline park for a small fee). It is more dated for sure than the other places we stayed on our trip, the breakfast was decent but not over the top and we didn't eat any other meals on site. "The place was in a perfect location to the ferries, restaurants, swimming, and shopping. The host and staff are very gracious and helpful. The Bed was comfortable and spacious , and the shower was very warm and larger than you would expect for a European rental. We stayed on the third floor with no problem, but if you have trouble climbing stairs, I would request a lower unit because there are 42 steps to get inside."

"Wonderful location. Clean, very good breakfast. No parking anywhere near unless you are a resident according to front desk. Had room 7 that was 7 flights of stairs and more rooms higher. The staff helped with luggage but it’s a hike along with the parking garage way up a hill where you park if you have a car. There were earplugs provided for the noise on the nightstands. I’m 6’2” and the bed was small in both length and width. Shower is the smallest I have encountered anywhere in all my travels....
