"It is a budget motel with few amenities. They did not provide shampoo or conditioner. We requested an extra towel and told there weren't any because the hotel was booked. The key cards demagnetized several times. The rooms smelled musty and wet."

"Quaint little motel with a great pool and in its own little area. Feels like you are surround by trees. The room was small and clean. Looked updated but with flaws. We only slept there so it was fine for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We would totally stay there again! "

"Super cold air conditioner! Extremely peaceful and quiet! Staff is AMAZING! Also the breakfast isn't just coffee and a donut. It's a full breakfast, eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc... I highly recommend this hotel! "

"We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table.
