"They need to Improve pool area not enough room for guest to sit. Ordered Pizza at $18.00 medium size came out cold not cooked . Waited 2 hour in dining room for food to come to the table Outside dining area was infested with no CM bugs biting midge couldn’t even finish eating."

"Love Vistana and the location right on the beach! Felicious at the front desk , as well as the manager , and all the staff who works at the kids’ club were wonderful ! Hotel is super laid back & no frills hotel , but you can’t beat the large 2 bedroom units that they offer with the ocean right outside your window"

"The Hotel was nice great views and location is perfect. Pool & jacuzzi were functional,Issue was with outdoor area very dirty no one cleaning pool & beach area. Some guest stayed past check out time and were very disrespectful by using tiki and pier not allowing new guests to use. There needs to be some sort of oversight of what’s going happening on property."

"Horrible!! They absolutely over price these rooms. No way anyone should pay that price for these conditions. I booked and paid online & when I show up a surprise fee now needs to be paid, which was not on the site whatsoever nor when they messaged me directly did they tell me. I had no choice but to pay it. The outside hotel is disgustingly, dog poop in bags right outside my unit for days. The room was DISGUSTING, no one can ever tell me they clean those room. Hair, bugs, dirt on the floor....
