"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking.
