"The staff call Joe was not helpful at all. I have booked 5 nights at the very beginning, then booked another 3 nights for additional extend. He told me if I don't want to change the room, I have to pay US$10 dollar more on each day. Next day, when I checked out and checked in again for the extension. the lady's name I forgot, may be Kim or Kathy. She told me I don't have to change the room, that's fine. She didn't ask me to pay $10 more on each day. Joe should know it is allowed and I asked him a day before, if I need to change the room, can I change earlier if there is a room available, so I don't have to wait unit 2 pm for checking in again. He said he cannot guarantee. I have to ask again in the morning. I went down the next day at 10 am. The lady I mentioned above, let me stay in the same room and no need to change the room. This is the difference, different people with different service, they should try to make thing easier, not like Joe, made me so inconvenient. He told me I need to change a room. So the day before I spent time to pack everything and get ready to change room. End up I don't have to change the room. He waste my time for packing up."

"We had a fabulous 3 night stay at this hotel. Location and facilities were excellent but the best thing about it was the wonderful staff. Customer service was off the scale. If I come back to HK, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"The Harbor View rooms make this hotel worth staying. Rooms a typical small, basic rooms but that's fine. Location is perfect for attending fairs in HK. Breakfast is very basic and quality is on the lower side. That said, I stay here twice per year and will continue to do so."

"It’s seen better days . Only positives - staffing very friendly dealing with hordes of people, Starbucks (!), great place to just drop things off and venture into city, great place to take photos. Otherwise, I booked a city view (windows were dirty), elevators were hit and miss (my elevator card didn’t work the first day and staff had a really long queue), dark hallways, smelled of strong cleaning detergent, and the bed felt like lying on sheetrock. I wouldn’t stay here again…"
