It's an older property and has undergone Renovations since the hurricane and there are still little small Growing Pains but all in all the staff was extremely kind and helpful and the property is everything you would expect it to be for a classic Gulf Coast Florida beach getaway"

"the property outside and around the pool and apartments was unkept, weeds in flower beds, fences broken in spots, rusted legs on pool loungers, etc. The inside of apartment was ok. Did show wear but appeared clean. I wouldn't stay here again."

"Dirty towel in the kitchen with crusted food. Bathroom was not cleaned. Grime on faucet and spilled things on baseboards. The soap's plastic envelope had something brown all over it. Make sure you enter the facility on the side you wish to park because they have a cone in one lane and a vehicle in the other lane so you have to go back out on the highway to get to the other side of the hotel. Kitchen dishes were discusting. In their defense they did leave a note telling you they are not...

"The hotel was outstanding and very beachy and a great vacation spot. Great amenities great service and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The price was very reasonable and we absolutely loved it. And we wanted to add that Robert is great. He is a hard worker. He gave us a lot of tips on places to eat and things to do and he was fantastic. That man is a hard worker. He needs a big raise."
