"The views from this hotel are simply spectacular. Free transport to any area on the island is available, but you are walking distance to all of the shops and cafes/restaurants. Facilities are second to none and the staff were faultless. If I were going to Hamilton Island again I would stay there."

"Location is the very good, very nice ocean view. Complimentary of free buggy makes a lot of difference of the stay, we enjoyed driving the buggy around for shopping and sightseeing. However, a few things made the stay inconvenient. First, just after checking in on Saturday, we found out the dishwasher not working and very dirty with rubbish everywhere inside. After contacting the manager, we were told that the technician will not come until Monday. It was okay for us because we were not going to use it anyway after seeing the dirty condition. The technician came on Monday, advised that we need to push a button inside the machine to start, I think they should tell us earlier. Obviously, the cleaner did not check the dishwasher after customer checked out. Secondly, the ignition switch of the cooktop is broken, we need someone to help to find out where the ignition gun is , again it should be informed the situation before we rang. Third , the TV was not working. Overall, the facilities were outdated , some of them need to be looked at and replaced. Communication were good, they tried their best to duel with the problems . But if they can fixed the problems beforehand, will be much better. "

"Brand new, very modern. Excellent breakfast included. Great staff, very friendly. Highly recommend! Would stay again, geared towards families but as 2 adults without kids is an excellent option. "

"Oasis 11 is on the Marina side and you can walk to the Marina to all the eateries. The apartment is spacious and has a lovely view but does need updating as the decor is tired and some of the cupboards/chairs were loose or broken. It comes with a buggy which is handy and kids U12 eat free at some restaurants. Overall, it felt more like a home and was comfortable. Another relaxing and enjoyable stay at Hamilton Island."
