"We were pleased with how clean the property itself was. We were very disappointed in how my daughter woke up with bed bugs and in the process of looking at the bed and mattress the sheet cover had blood stains on it. We notified the cleaning lady as well she brought the Mgr and another staff to view the mattress etc. After moving rooms and trying to close our belongings as per research of not having it spread as we had one more night. The neighborhood was not as upscale as pictured on the website. Uber driver had a hard time finding the correct location for drop off. There was nowhere to easily take luggage into the lobby. All entrances required dragging them up stairs
