"Quarto com uma bela vista da Ilha do Pico, amplo, limpo e aconchegante. Muitp bem localizado. Equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa, dá um ótimo atendimento."

"Hotel tres agreable et bien placé. Garage gratuit pour la voiture, très pratique. Jacuzzi très joli, mais mais pas de serviettes a disposition. Nous n'avons pas teste le restaurant. Les chambres sont tres agreables et bien équipées..un très trés grand lit trés confortable. "

"Un appartement parfaitement équipé pour un long séjour (lave-vaisselle, lave linge, congélateur, fer à repasser…). Très bien équipé et propre. Un joli petit balcon avec une vue sur la marina et Pico. Idéalement situé pour profiter d’Horta. Une personne adorable à l’accueil et un prix imbattable pour couronner le tout ! Au top"

"Great location but a little far from the port. Small luggage recommended for getting upstairs. Staff were attentive. They can book your airport transfer. My room has a great view of the marina and Pico mountain which were covered with clouds all the time. My bed and bathroom were good with great hot showers . There’s a kitchen you can use. I would stay again if I ever come back to the Azores."

"Un appartement très bien placé entre la plage de Porto Pim et le centre d'Horta. Beaux volumes, bonne literie, bien équipé mais les finissions et le ménage pourraient être plus soignés (lunette de wc qui bouge, ficelle des stores collantes, armoire avec une porte qui ne coulisse pas, douchette qui fuit). De plus on entend un peu les voisins et dans la chambre côté rue on voit la lumière du réverbère pour dormir, il faudrait un store occultant. Personnel très sympathique. Un endroit parfait pour...

"Super formule, 3 chambres avec salles de bain par étage, cuisine complète à chacun des 2 étages. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, vraiment tout est parfait! Mention spéciale pour le personnel d’une grande gentillesse 😊"

"House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. Also garden an swimming pool were very good. Host was really polite and full of attention, providing an appetizing breakfast. If obly also some vegetables had been added, no possibility of improvement woulf have left! Perhaps a car to reach is needed, but it is strongly recommended for a comfortably full immersion...

Check in 2 hours later (at 5 instead than 2) Water shower almost not flying Water stacked in the bathroom Washing machine closed by key and not accessible (had to call at 11 pm) The apartment has much more potential but not with this management. I would not go again."
