"Breakfast was great with the view of the sea, the walk up and down to the hotel room was a workout but good to get the steps in. Hotel staff all very kind and helpful, we booked a room with the private pool but would say the water was probably too cold to be in at the time of year we went in May. Overall, lovely hotel and a great stay."
"This was our second time staying at this lovely hotel. The staff are extremely helpful to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay even when the hotel is close to capacity."
"Great hotel, very attentive staff, amazing pool - I would suggest having a car as it makes it more convenient going around but the hotel can easily arrange taxis for evening dinners"
"We booked the honeymoon suite to have a view and be able to sit outside. We didn’t have a view nor was it clean. The bed out there had black stuff all over it. Would have just booked a plain room over this."

"Cleanliness
While the hotel was cleaned, the standard was far from adequate. We found hair in our bedsheets, stains on the towels, and improperly washed plates and cutlery at breakfast. The swimming pool was also poorly maintained, with leaves and bird droppings in the water.
Noise & Soundproofing
Sound insulation is practically non-existent; you hear every footstep and conversation in the hallway, as well as noise from neighboring rooms. Due to a lack of separation between guest rooms and the...
"Beautiful property just a short walk up to the windmills. The host was amazing (so nice) and she knew everything about the island. Breakfast was great, the pool was a luxury and they also operated day trips to Koutsomitis & Kounoupes islands, a must do if you get the chance.
We really enjoyed our stay."
"Just wanted to say the staff is amazing, especially the ladies at the front desk and the woman who runs the breakfast buffet. They were all so kind and helpful.
The rooms were big, clean and the AC was strong enough to turn the whole unit into an icebox.
Can’t wait to come back! Thanks to everyone there"
"We were on vacation for one month. We stayed at this hotel for two days and nights and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Loved our room, the view, everything was just wonderful !! "
"Perfect little piece of paradise. Our 5 day stay at the villa was peaceful, restful and luxurious. Quite possibly the most relaxing stay we have had anywhere. Everything was beautiful, from the immaculate villa to the superb pool, the tranquil view over the port and the high tech facilities. Couldn't fault anything."
"Really lovely hotel in the quiet town of Emponas. Brilliant mountain views in all directions, perfect for anyone who loves nature or wants to watch the sunset. Food was absolutely excellent! Hosts were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was always clean and well looked after. Would definitely stay here again ☺️"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights.
1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance.
2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"
"This hotel has it all. It’s stunning, well thought out, the sea views are endless, the staff are happy and helpful.
If you are wanting a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location this place is for you.
However; the food is where I feel the hotel needs a little upgrading. I can only speak as a non-suite guest with access to only the buffet and snack bar, these were not what I would expect from a 5*. The à la carte restaurants looked truly amazing though and if we can ever come back and get a suite we will."
"A great resort, I would say it’s more of a 4 star and definitely focused on families. I believe it is too big to maintain a 5 star standard, as it missed the finesse that others show, more because of its struggles to cope with a large number of guests. The location is amazing, close to old town and all the bays. Swim up pool is good, the vent for the sewage was near ours, so you would get a whiff and I noticed some of the other swim up rooms didn’t even get the sun. I could have complained, but the hotel was that full, I couldn’t see what they would be able to do to fix this. The buffet was ok, nothing that stands out though, felt that the a la cartes were just the buffet plated up by someone else. The street food hub was ok but they always got the order wrong, so something to be aware of. A small thing, but how you judge a hotel quite quickly, no welcome drink and checking in felt more like a factory process. So if you are after a true 5 star experience, then maybe not, if you don’t like hearing kids, then maybe not but if you are after a high end 4 star in a great location and you have kids, then yes (if you get a good deal and not 5 star prices)."
"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas.
We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows.
Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"
"Nice clean hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and had a wide choice. Unfortunately the spa area was out of action for some reason. Disappointing really as it seemed like a nice place to get pampered if you wanted to."
