They had good wifi and although they didn't have parking, we were always able to find something nearby. The things I didnt love were that check-in was done remotely and I didnt know that until we arrived nor were instructions sent to me so we had to call their management company. "The staff is super helpful! They explain the layout of the town, suggest restaurants and places to go, as well as call taxis upon your request. Especially Sanko- super helpful! The buffet breakfast is fantastic as well- it has a nice outside area to sit and enjoy the everything. Close to Little Venice and Old Town- highly recommend."

"The hotel/resort is spectacular! - incredibly clean, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge/seating areas, salt water pool is a bonus, could not be happier about the jacuzzi, the breakfast choices was superb, and the view from the breakfast area is amazing! The only concern I would share is the location - it’s awesome that it is so close to the town but the because the hotel is located at the top of a hill the up-hill walk when returning from the town can be a bit of a challenge for folks who have bad knees and joints."
