"This was a cute little property right by the Opera. It is somewhat of an odd setup and a little outdated, but it was cozy and served all of our needs. It was a great location. Would stay here again. "

"Posizione centralissima sia per gli spostamenti urbani che per lo shopping situata nella zona pedonale che collega l'opera di Vienna con la cattedrale di santo Stefano lungo un percorso pedonale. Dotata di macchina espresso Nescafe nella stanza e acqua in bottiglia disponibile nel corridoio in comune. Check-in di semplice utilizzo. Ampia stanza. Probabilmente la tipologia confort da me prenotata non affaccia sulla strada ma è molto silenziosa. "

"It was just overnight sleep for business trip but was to have a comfortable sleep. I was happy to find hotel to be able to stay with my dog. "

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. There were restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, an elevator, places to shop at and the 43 and 44 tram line literally stop outside your front door! "Es gab kein WLAN wegen Problemen mit dem Anschluß. Soweit okay, aber keine Ermäßigung. Ein Problem mit der Dusche wurde umgehend beseitigt. Ein TV (defekt?) stand neben dem Bett auf dem Boden rum, was einem das Gefühl gab, in einer Kammer zu schlafen. Die Betten waren okay. Keine Seife zum händewaschen vorhanden. Alles in allem, eine günstige Pension mit freundlichen Menschen. :)"
