The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. "The Hotel is beautiful and clean but you have to Drive By car there. If you order a taxi you have to wait 30-40 min. The Food is very good. I normally never stay at the pool but I didnt like the Beach so I was forced to lie at the Pool. The are sunbeds at the Hotel beach which is public and That was all. The Beach is Not well prepared and Not inviting. A few meters away is a Beach club where the Beach has been designed nice. It is difficult for non turkish people to communicate because they cant...

"To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room! The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work. Was quite noisy as well. The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it! The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance. To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."
