"A delightful homestay! Mama Kim was so welcoming and prepared lovely meals. We enjoyed chatting with her using Google translate. She helped arrange boats and motorbike/taxis to local bays where we enjoyed snorkelling. It was a short stroll down the lane to the beachfront and cafes. "

"Mama Kim hosted us at her place as if we were from the family ! She has such a smiling face and so many nice attention that you forget about the language differences! She cooks as a chef, and her location is just amazing if you want to mingle with local people. We have also been on a fishing excursion organized by her, and it was so authentic. Such a pleasant moment ! I just regret that I couldn't stay longer !!"

"We had a great stay. This was our third time at the Sincerity and, hopefully, not the last one. Hotel is well located, close to the Old Town and to the beach. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is outstanding in all departments (cleaning, reception, restaurant). The bicycles, complimentary, could be better maintained, but it is really a minor consideration."

"Hotel location is a bit north of where the actions are at My Khe Beach. A good 15-20 mins walk. The view, esp from the pool level, of the beach and Lady Buddha on the slope of Son Tra is great. Room was comfortable and spacious. The bedsheet was a little rough; maybe due to the cotton type and thread count. Towels were fluffy. The room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Although I have fully paid the room via Hotels.com, the hotel wanted a VND 1m deposit on hold...

"Hotel just opposite the beach. Facilities are good, but we do not use it as only pit-syop style 1 night stay. Quality of the afternoon tea can be improve. Breakfast spread are good, but can invest some espresso cup, so dinners can enjoy hot espresso rather than it cold fast due to contain in big cappuccino / latter mug. Coffee quality is good thought. My room shower drainage’s slow, and water spill out to dry bathroom area. Thumbs up for warm hospitality service."
