"Such a fun place and location"

"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. "We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay."

"We were disappointed that the steakhouse was closed even though we were led to believe that it was. Additionally the ad clearly said that the hotel was on the beach. There is a beach that is about 20 feet long. We felt like the mock beach was a ploy to advertise it as beachfront although it is not a useable beach."

"The decor, comfort and amenities were excellent, especially for the price! I was catching the Key West Express the next day and this was the perfect location. I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Highly recommend!"
