"Housekeeping Cynthia was so kind and super sweet! Poor bar staff was incredible and attentive! Checking in was depressing because the lady clearly didn’t want to be there. We walked in all excited and she was awful and kept making comments to the lady standing next to her at the other computer (wish we would have gone to her instead). Then there was no parking even though we paid for it. We noticed only a few cars had parking passes and the rest didn’t. Then people were hogging 6+ chairs at 7am...

"They should have BreakFast available. And more variety of Food . Also the TiKiBar should have more special drinks. At the time of check In , Rooms should be Ready at the exact time or before , NOT later."

"This place had the charm of old Florida that is so hard to find in beach towns. The room was so fresh and clean. It had everything we needed ( stove, frig. cold air and a comfy bed) . We loved the ability to wash our clothes with the on site washer/dryer. They also had chairs, beach wagons, towels, and bikes for anyone to use that is staying! Pool was nice and very clean! I can’t say enough Great things about our stay!! Definitely definitely definitely would stay here again and would recommend...

"The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice. The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner...

"Breakfast is not very good. Always the same and not too healthy. There’s is a no pet policy, and there was a dog barking next door Sunday morning at 7:00am !!!"
