"Because of the pricing we assumed it would have been a cleaner environment to stay the night. The sheets were not changed on the bed as there were crumbs/dirt in it when we pulled the covers back. Huge blood stain on the mattress with no attempt to use a mattress cover to hide it - just a thin sheet. The kitchen is not stocked as stated. The door that was left open for us to access the room had a sign reading ‘please use other door’. The contact number to call was unresponsive. Had to try all doors on the property before returning to the initial door. Very confusing and frustrating."
