"Room was not accessible room. Could not open wheelchair; ,wife had to get out to fold up and not fit for purpose. Could not take suitcase in room as no room to open on stand. Only 1 bedside table which was tilted between bed and wall as items slid off. No room around the bed and difficult for disabled and able bodied guests to get in bed. Fire alarm went off 3 times causing worry as lift not then available and we were on 4th floor with a disabled guest..TV did not work (cables hung down}."

"Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away."

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"Well positioned within a minute of the beach/harbour. Good room, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better the soap dispenser and wall below were filthy. Lovely cooked breakfast, good, well priced drinks at the bar. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly. Parking was very adequate and plentiful when we were there."

"What made it so unique was the owner Simon, quiet, gentle and laidback, nothing was to much trouble. Everything was done with a quiet efficiency. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Farnham Hotel and given an opportunity we’ll definitely be back."

He's thoughtfully modernised it to meet guests' needs, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. "Nothing but issues. No check-in info provided - had to call 10 times to finally get through to anyone to access my room. Issues with receipts, wrong info provided. Still awaiting refund for security deposit, nobody answers the phone! "

"Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places."

"The setting is idyllic the facilities are very poor.No outside umbrellas to enjoy the view in the sun. No bar between 3pm and 5.30pm to access drinks of any kind. White wine at dinner served warm were told there was no chilled wines in the fridge. Evening menu is limited but we're still informed on the 2nd night that the first two options were Unavailable. There appears to be no managerial oversight"
