"The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. The wifi is only available near the main area and not in the rooms, the kids took full advantage of the pools, both pool areas were well maintained. "Clean but rooms dated. Shower was small not enough hot water. Pool was good but had trouble getting towels. View of Mayon is superb. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice. Overall worth it for view and pool and breakfast buffet"
