"Tolle Anlage, viele Bäume, mehrere Terrassen, Beachbar und schöner Swimmingpool (wichtig da man im See nicht baden sollte). Das Hotel organisiert den Transfer zur Fähre - klappt problemlos. Essen ist immer als Buffet mit täglich wechselnder Auswahl. Besonders gut hat uns das Abendessen im Garten mit Barbecue und das anschließende Lagerfeuer am Strand gefallen. Man kann verschiedene Aktivitäten über das Hotel buchen. Wir haben die Wanderung durch den Wald gemacht die sehr zum empfehlen ist."

"I stayed 2 nights in a Mirembe cottage- my friend had the cottage next door and we had a dedicated outside eating area, from where we were served our food.We were served by James who was consistently courteous and efficient .We felt like film stars on a tropical island as we ate delicious food sitting by the lake watching a wide variety of birds - it was just such a treat!"

"The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! "
