"It's a budget hotel so you have to manage your expectations. I didn't see a lift but I was on the ground floor. The lobby is super clean. The room itself is basic consisting of- a bed, a table and stool. Aircon, that worked very well. They hand you a towel on check-in. No soap or shower gel(so make sure you have some) The bathroom/toilet area is especially small. It will be too difficult if you are plus sized. Or of a larger build. That said, all of it is clean. "Triple room. 1Q+1Super Single. Big. Clean. Poorly designed toilet & bathroom. Bathroom and toilet are in separate areas. Toilet has no sink. Wash basin/sink is in bathroom. Need to go out to the bathroom to wash hands. Bidet in room #204 is leaking and causes ‘a pool’ in the toilet. The Double bed is good but the super single isn’t comfortable. The ends are sloping down. Pillows are aplenty but a little hard. Lobby, corridor and coffee house are good. Location is perfect. Minutes walk to Pasar Payang, Uncle Chua, Chinatown and other eateries. Finding a parking spot can be challenging though. On day 1 and 2 housekeeping is lousy. She didn’t make the beds. Emptied the trash bins and replenished the toiletries only. 3rd and 4th day housekeeping (Encik Lan) is very good. He did the beds and cleaned the room thoroughly. 12-16 July 2026 Room #204"

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights and would definitely love to come back again. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. While all of the restaurants served delicious food, I felt the menu options were somewhat limited. However, this was not a concern for us, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. For guests booking from outside Malaysia, I would recommend communicating directly with the hotel via WhatsApp, as it makes arrangements and confirmations much easier."
