The bathroom was extremely dirty. The sheets were dirty and the floor was filthy.

Bavarian Inn of Frankenmuth
The room was clean adequately, the staff was helpful, fun, and kind. The lifeguards were diligent and took initiative to have kids follow the rules. The waterpark was definitely the highlight of our trip! It was clean, plenty of seating options with tables, and had things to do for all ages.

MotorCity Casino Hotel
The location to our venue was convenient. The free shuttle was stellar. Our room was ready before check in time, beautiful clean & over the top customer service. Can't wait to visit again & of course booking through Hotels.com made it extra affordable..

Boardwalk Suites & Residences By Kasa
This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
