The Sand Dunes
I like the mini kitchen but didn't use it. I liked that you could hear the ocean from the room, but didn't like the pool and parking lot being between the hotel and the ocean.

River Hotel of Southport
If you want somewhere to stay near the beach without the party and traffic noise this is it...beautiful views of river and pool too..

Great location, only a few blocks from the boardwalk and right on the seashore. Close to restaurants, shopping, and the marina. The hotel is automated with no staff on site.
