"Very cute spot. The area around isn't the most exciting (except the super busy McDonald's drive thru right next to the building), but it's a nice 20min walk to the old town. Apartment is cute and has all the essentials one needs. It also looked quite clean. Would defs stay there again. "

"We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "The best apartment I've stayed in Really clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms Couldn't fault it. Great location for beach and restaurants, the pancake cafe was our favourite. No supermarket that close if you're walking. Great roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea !!!"

"The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. "Sehr moderne Anlage. Abbildung auf der Internet-Seite ist total veraltet. Mittlerweile wurde ein komplett neuer größerer komplex davor gebaut. Sehr nahe an den von uns gebuchten. Keine Privatsphäre da alle Balkone zueinander schauen. Möbel und Auflagen total verschmutzt. Extremer Schimmelbefall an der Decke des Bades."

"My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. We wished we could've stayed a little longer because Villa Mirakul is a beautiful property and we would've loved some time to explore the area.
