"Worst experience I’ve had to date. Housekeeping was a joke. The room wasn’t clean. Not enough towels for how many guests we had. The balcony was absolutely disgusting it was sticky, there were things melted on it and gum. The air conditioning felt cold and sticky in the room there was no way to adjust it. The drawer handles were sticky. We weren’t given anything at check in for pool codes, so not disturb, maps for the property nothing. I went down to tell them about the balcony and showed photos. They assured someone would be up to clean it within 10 minutes. It was two hours and it was still sticky after. At checkout I said I was there to checkout, he asked me what room and that was it said you’re good. No print out of itemized list, I had to ask for it. And he didn’t even ask how our stay was. Gave me the paper and looked back down. That was just a summary. We will not be going back. At all. Do not recommend."
