"Si je pouvais, je mettrai 20/10 comme note de satisfaction. Les petits dejeuners etaient excellents et préparé avec amour et detail.
Grande chambre spacieuse et propre.
Et le personnel, je serais toujours reconnaissante de leur acceuil et de leur support. Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. Le personnel sur place nous a aide tout au long du processus et sest assuré que nous soyons rassuré et en securite. "

"今回の滞在もスタッフの方 々に暖かく細やかな応対、お客様に寄り添う気持ちが伝わってきて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ザ・ラウンジ＆バーにて夕食を注文しました、少し料理を待たされることとなりましたが、その手違いを忘れさせるチーフやスタッフさんのフォローに流石、はいむるぶしさんと思いました。今回もクラブラウンジを利用させていただきましたが、ここでも満足に過ごさせていただきました。何度も行きたくなる素晴らしいホテルです。"
