"We arranged transport from the port to the hotel which was easy to do, just contacting them a day before arrival.
The hotel is in a nice area and close to a fifteen to twenty minute walk back down to the port. Our room wasn’t ready yet, but they held our luggage and allowed us to use the restroom and sit at the outdoor tables.
The views from the balcony are lovely and there are a couple small sandy/rocky beach areas off the hotel.
The room was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water....

"The resort was wonderful, food was really good, the Bravo staff was great.
The only improvement could be the quality of the VOI Concierge activities, we joined the Lipari/Vulcano one and it was expensive and unsatisfactory, I would suggest to future guests to check external activities not ones organised by the resort."
