"Everything was clean and tidy. There were breakfast every morning, tho I didnt get it some days lol but every morning it was ready. The house inside and out were well clean. They were constantly cleaning everyday. Enjoyed my stay and the room is spacious. There is actually warm water when showering. If I go back I will def book with them again"

"I stayed in a deluxe studio and it was perfect for my stay. The room was spotless when I arrived and the staff were all super helpful. My room even had a washing machine, and the small kitchen was helpful to cook a few meals in! I felt this was great value for money considering other places aren't much cheaper and are more run down. Close to the wharf if you are catching ferries or doing whale tours. You can rent a car directly from them as well- not as cheap as some other places in town, but convenient and I even had a hybrid so it cost me nothing in petrol! Would 100% stay here again"

"when we checked in on 9/21 the receptionist was so rude. Rather then asking how can I help you she said in a rude town what do you want. I stood there waiting cause she was typing and didnโ€™t acknowledge that I walked in and when I stood there for 3min she then said what do you want? I then said I wasnโ€™t sure whether you she was busy cause she didnโ€™t greet me she was just glued to her screen and didnโ€™t say anything. She then check me in asked my id then told me I have to return the key to the front desk when I check out. She seemed as if she was rushing. I then asked where the elevator was cause he had a lot of luggage and she said they didnโ€™t have one. I asked how many floors and which floor was our room on and she said all the rooms were on the second floor. I told her it was our first time the hotel and wasnโ€™t familiar with the hotel. She brushed me off and continue typing what ever it was that she was typing. I felt like I was bothering her. Mind you we got in on a later flight and got to the hotel around 930pm and were super tired. Anyway we went upstairs and looked for our room. It was confusing cause our room was at the end of the hall on the otherside of the staircase . rooms were huge and the bed was very big (king bed) which was amazing. After bringing our stuff upstairs I and getting settled in my mom and I couldnโ€™t figure out how to turn off the main room lights. We pushed every button and still could t figure it out.she rudely said itโ€™s on the wall but it wasnโ€™t"

"The room was basic. Clean enough. The staff were friendly and helpful. Fast internet. Bed comfortable. Well lit. There was no view, TV or fridge. The shower was very good. Price was ok. We encountered issues here and there, like toilet clogged, leakage, falling rails, but the staff and owner helped us readily. There is parking space. They won't reply to messages much. They are magnificent people who are willing to help though. Please say hello to the resident puppies as well when you get there."
