"A very clean hotel with very convincing location. Shopping and dining are in walking distance. The breakfast and dinner food are excellent however, WIFI conditions could be improved, at least no WiFi connection in our room and cellphone signals are very weak 3G. They become accessible and LTE outside of the room. Overall, it’s very good hotel."

"A gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. We booked two rooms, and neither of them had heating, even though the outside temperature dropped to 2°C at night. In addition, the doors and windows were not properly sealed, making the rooms even colder. The next morning, for our second night’s stay, we requested either extra blankets or a space heater. His response was, “Well, this is not my hotel...” After some back and forth, we eventually received both blankets and a space heater at late...

"Most saff were not very helpful or friendly. The room was rather dusty. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The bed was adequate but not very comfortable. The location was great however. "

Clean room with comfortable beds. Small pool. Staff are very friendly and the cook makes a delicious cake served with a simple but nice breakfast. "

Outro detalhe muito importante: alguns passeios pela região do Atacama começam antes do horário do café da manhã do hotel, porém eles disponibilizam um kit café da manhã como cortesia (com lanche, suco, frutas e snacks)"
