"I really enjoyed my stay at XO hotel. I was traveling solo and the staff was very considerate in making sure I was comfortable. They serve a light breakfast, with eggs and bacon every morning. Coca tea and candies available at all times. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Beautiful esthetics. Shout out to the lovely woman that prepared breakfast and the security staff."

"Super Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was located in a small street with some nightclubs (but not noisy at all) and we felt safe the whole time. Cusco has a lot of security and this hotel is located really close to plaza de armas which is a pickup spot for most of the tours. So very convenient!! "

"O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro)."

"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!"

"Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...
