Close to the beach
these are small houses for rent, not an hotel perse.- Unfortunately the house that was assigned to us, was in maintenance so there was not a reservation made or the house was ready for us.
Charlene, the new manager was supportive when she did finally arrived at the house at 7pm, when the check in time was supposed to be at 3pm and we arrived at 4:30pm
There has to be a lot more done in regards to attending clients; Expedia tried to solve the issue when I called them for help
For the bucks paid, I think the service has to be improved 100%
