"Clean room, great location, staff is super nice and friendly, my only two details are that at time, not always, the bathrooms smelled really bad, I guess because its an old building. The other detail is the curtain in the room, that gives no privacy, if you walk in the hallway you can still see inside the room when lights are on. Besides that is all good."

"Front staff was really helpful with checking us in. Kudos to Justin, very cheerful attitude and smoothed out some kinks in our check-in with some of the staff. He's really good at his job. Food was delicious and varied. Servers were really attentive and quick. My daughter really enjoyed their drop-in activities for kids. The staff there was really nice too. It was my parents and brother's first time in mexico and we got a real treat on their mexican themed night with their 2-hour show showcasing the beautiful mexican culture. The rooms were clean. The only thing was the AC, you can't control it to be cooler. It was centrally controlled and on our first day coming from Canada 24.5 C was too warm inside the room."
