The staff truly stood out; everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which added a lot to the overall experience. The hotel also has two bars that were both enjoyable, offering a good atmosphere and solid drink options.
However, there are several areas that need improvement. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. While there was variety, it lacked authenticity and flavor. Introducing more authentic and diverse food options would significantly enhance the dining experience.
Another issue was the entertainment setup. The entertainment area is not enclosed, and the noise carries late into the night, making it difficult for guests to get proper rest. Enclosing this space or better managing sound levels would make a big difference.
The beach is inconveniently located about a 3–5 minute walk from the hotel, which a little bit farther than expected, and the resort itself seems understaffed. Because of this, not all restaurants are open daily—typically one is closed, while the others are often fully booked, making it frustrating to plan for dinner.
